Richard D. Sciacca has three decades of executive and senior management experience with Fortune 100-500 companies and healthcare organizations. He has developed several Trademarked market research voice of the customer (VOC) qualitative and quantitative methodologies. He excels at next generation product development and market segmentation for global companies.
His marketing research has resulted in the successful development and launch of many of the world’s most successful diagnostics instruments, assays, and product marketing strategies for companies such as Abbott Laboratories, Beckman Coulter, Danaher, GE, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Roche Diagnostics, Thermo Fisher Scientific and others.
He founded and leads a marketing research consulting firm, INTMR LLC, as CEO for the past 14 years. He has recently co-founded and developed Vox Populi Wisconsin and Vox Populi USA which are companies focused on identifying and translating the voice of the people for better governance and business.
He has significant broad-based experience in market restatement research and management in life sciences, diagnostics, culinary sciences, information management and middleware, automation systems, and FDA Design Control.
Richard is a high-energy senior executive with exceptional interpersonal, communication, team building and leadership skills. He demonstrates an innovative style of leadership with a high degree of initiative, judgment and resourcefulness. He is comfortable managing multiple teams and projects simultaneously in highly stressful, timeline-driven environments. He has international Market research experience with the UK, Western European and Asia pacific countries.
Richard is a proud US Army veteran and has a SDVOSB CVE certification. He has invented medical devices and co-developed diagnostic assays and automation systems. He has numerous publications in scientific journals and periodicals.
He has undergraduate degrees in Chemistry & Zoology from North Dakota State University where he is a member of the Athletic Hall of Fame. He holds an undergraduate degree in Medical Technology from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Masters degree in Health Care Administration and Management from Central Michigan University.
